About Borve Camping & Caravan Site
Small campsite located on the west coast of Bara where you will find incredible sunsets, crystal clear waters and plenty to see nearby. The site is a new development with modern, clean facilities and caters for campervans and tents. Dogs and all age groups are welcome with electrical hook up available. A pebble beach is located next to the site and if you’re hungry Joan’s Barra Pizza is located a short walk away, there is also a white sandy beach with clear waters 300m away where wild swimming is possible. Barra is a small island with many white sand beaches, a 9-hole wild golf course and the world’s only commercial beach airport with daily flights from Glasgow (On a Sunday the terminal building turns into the local fish & chip shop, serving fresh catches of the day and beer which I highly recommend).
