Large riverside campsite located next to the village of Strathyre with a selection of hard standing pitches and a large open grass area for campervans and tents. Tents and campervans can set up along the grassy river edge where fishing is possible directly from your pitch. The site has a large toilet, shower, washing up and laundry room available for use and there is a small jetty which can be used to launce your kayak or canoe from. The site is located a short drive to “The Cabin at Loch Lubnaig” which is a very popular wild swimming spot. The village of Strathyre is a short five to ten-minute walk away where you will find “he White Stag Inn” and the “Broch Café”. There are plenty of walks around including the Rob Roy Way, Ben Sheanne and various other hills and flat land hikes.
