South Whittlieburn Farm Campsite

South Whittlieburn Farm is a small family run campsite located on a working farm. The site has a range of pitches from an open grass field for tents to hard /soft standing pitches for campervans. The site offers electrical hook up for both tents and campervans and offers great views of the surrounding farm as you camp. Within the separate tent camping area you are free to pitch up wherever you like, cars are not permitted within this area which makes it a great safe space for pitching up without the worry of cars. The campsite has an onsite cafe called the “pitch up n’ pig out” where they serve hot and cold filled rolls and more. There is a luxury shower and toilet block which is available for all campers and fires are permitted (albeit within fire pits or under the direction of the campsite owners). The rules around fires are as follows “Everything you need for a camp fire can be purchased from us. We reserve the right to ban the use of fire pits etc if the ground is extremely dry, or other inclement weather prevails. No Foraging for wood”. Locally you have some great walks, the town of Largs and the Ayrshire coastline. Booking is possible online via the official website.
