About Honey Cottage Caravan Park
Small caravan park located in the Ettrick Valley with serviced touring pitches for campervans (No Tents). The site offers grass and hard standing pitches some with electrical hook up, a small toilet and shower block and an onsite shop. The site is situated on the banks of River Ettrick and as such offers excellent trout and salmon fishing directly form the site. Locally there are plenty of hills and forestry walks to explore with some of Scotland’s best mountain biking terrain found close by. We highly recommend the hike up Grey Mare’s Trail which has one of the UK’s tallest freestanding waterfalls and is a sight to be seen (60M of cascading water). There are plenty of Golf courses to play (12 in totally within an hour drive of the park), lots of wildlife to spot (Peregrines, Osprey, Goshawk and Oyster Catchers, Badgers, Otters). The Tushielaw Inn is a 20 minute walk away where you can earn a well-deserved drink after a long day exploring the local hills.
