About Hillend Camping Ayrshire
Small pop-up campsite located in Ayrshire, encircled by tranquil woodlands with a laid-back semi-wild feel. The site caters for small campervans and tents of all sizes where you are free to pitch up anywhere within a spacious open field. The campsite might feel remote and off-grid but the village of Auchinleck is just a 30 minute walk away where you will find a pub, , shops, restaurant and train station. Raised fire pits and BBQ’s are permitted with the owners stating “Our site is all about bringing camping, back to a time, where kids made their own fun and parents could relax. Not forgetting, camping wouldn't be camping without a fire. Off the ground firepits and BBQ's are welcomed”.
