Dornoch Firth Caravan Park

Family owned caravan park with touring and tent pitches located near the town of Tain with views out towards the Dornoch Firth. The site has a limited number of tent pitches (electrical hook up available for a charge) and campervan pitches (free electrical hook up for campervans but must be less than 6m in length). The site is located just outside of Tain with views out towards the Dornoch Firth, be aware although the site is located near the A9 which can be noisy at times. There is a toilet, shower, laundry and disk washing area available for campers use. Locally you will find a viewing point that you can walk to with great views of the firth. Glenmorangie distillery is relatively close however we don’t recommend walking along the A9 due to being a very busy and dangerous road, instead take the small back road from the Meikle Ferry Roundabout (just outside of the campsite) and follow this to the distillery. The campsite is located on the NC500 route with plenty of places to explore nearby including an abundance of whisky distilleries.
